Pascó walked around the busy pool and asked people to write down on the blank canvas one goal, one desire, one thing they'd like to accomplish this year and when they write it down, know that everything they need to accomplish this goal is already within them. Imagine it as already completed. It was an emotional and powerful process. Everything you need to accomplish your deepest desires is already within you.
